The Kansas City Fall Parade of Homes 2025 will take place from September 20th to October 5th. The event will feature homes open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Admission is free, and free parade guides will be available at the KCHBA (I-435 & Holmes) starting September 16th and at all Parade homes. A mobile app is also available for searching homes, saving favorites, and mapping routes.
